Tried to charge me $200.00 to clean my engine bay after a warranty part broke and made the mess. Haven’t been here with out random charges appearing on my bill. Nice people when they’re not trying to steal from you though.

Steve my service advisor was very helpful and patient when I had to return for a second visit after my first recent service visit might have caused new issues. A new auxiliary battery (under warranty) was installed and the start/stop function was not functioning

Brought in for recall warranty and oil change. They either did not change the oil or they forgot to reset modes. 12 weeks later the maintenance mode cam on again. They again changed oil so it makes me suspicious. Also defective strut was ordered several months ago and they never called to replace. When brought in for recall they don’t know what happened. Unlike other Walser services for my Toyota or Honda.

Easy to schedule an oil change, the work is done in a timely fashion and they check all the fluids, the tires, the undercarriage and all that involves. Recommendations have been made for work that may need to be done in the future. Everyone is friendly & helpful.

Jim always goes above and beyond. My vehicle required a part to be ordered and they stored it inside until the service was complete!

My experience was very good! My mom took my car in for an oil change, ended up noticing some major issues during the complementary inspection. Was able to get my mom home from the dealership. Kept me informed and only recommended the absolute majority of issues.

It took two attempts to fix the problem. I don’t think a test drive happened after the first attempt as the problem was very noticeable. A loaner was provided during the second attempt and that was appreciated. I bought the car from Walser in December and the wheels should have been rotated and aligned before I drove it off the lot at that time.

My car has been worked on four times. They've had it between 30 and 40 days across those four times. It's not fixed still. Two and a half months for parts and nobody knows what's going on

First off, the service advisor was fine. He was set up to fail. They were short handed because of a blizzard. Normally, they’re fine. Management blew this one. I went in for a tire rotation and diagnostic. After a half hour, my car hadn’t left the garage. My car then was pulled back into the service bay twice before I was given the keys back. They must’ve forgot the diagnostics and car wash. Unorganized.

Def tank froze up and was on a time crunch. Had to leave town for work before my scheduled appointment. They stepped up and got my def thawed, drained, and a new pump/heater installed in 3 days.

Left with check engine light on. Staff didn’t not take the time to ensure everything was properly put back in place before letting me leave. Never called back.

I’ve never had such consistent and amazing customer service! Everytime I’ve been in for any service, every person I’ve encountered in the service department is friendly and helpful. The staff genuinely seem happy and most of them have worked there for many years which shows what a great place it must be to work for!

After the inspection, the technician recommended repairs and asked if I wanted to move forward with them. He was unaware that I had an extended warranty and when I asked if these repairs were covered under the warranty, he said that they would have to confirm the initial diagnostic. Apparently, it was necessary to confirm everything when he thought I was paying out of pocket. After the second inspection, he deemed that some of the recommended repairs were actually not necessary which I suspect he knew all along. I came in for just an oil change, and they said I needed my brake fluid flushed also. This ended up taking 5 hours and 15 minutes. My appointment is at 10 o’clock and originally I was told it would take about an hour and 45 minutes. I purchased a 2 year old vehicle from their used inventory. They advertised the truck as having new tires. Test drive went fine but after I purchased the truck and spending more time on the highway I noticed there was a shake in the steering wheel at highway speeds. This was the 3rd time I've had my car in fir the same issue. Obviously whoever is installing the axle caps, needs training. I shouldnt have to bring it in 3 times in six months with the same issue. I took my car to get an oil change and noticed there was a leak prior to doing the service with them, I was told they were going to check where it was coming from and they “confirm” it was a transmission oil leak. Couple days later I took it somewhere else and the oil was coming from the engine. It surprises me how they confirm to a customer a false diagnosis and still they even charge me for an oil change knowing it was leaking.

Slow and don’t listen to customers. My oil was changed and when I went to my jeep there was oil underneath the suv. I told the service guy. Oh that’s not your vehicle. I drive off and had to return because they forgot to put in oil plug. Very frustrating considering I told the guy before I left.

They didn’t actually fix the problem, they said they would call to follow up and they didn’t…this is the worst customer experience. I received the run around and do not trust any of them.

One of the worst customer service in a dealership I've worked with ever. They charged me 1000 dollars for a loaner while my truck was in service. They didn’t tell me when I got the loaner.

Waited over 2 hours for a nail in tire and was charged way too much for a service I could have gotten for no charge elsewhere!

Service manager asked us to bring back our Pacifica because he was no happy with the job that had been done. We brought it back, he had a loaner ready, the work was redone, inspected and determined to be up to the walser standards.

Could not duplicate and fix issue with power steering even though I got a “service power steering” warning on my dashboard. I could not drive the car on three occasions because power steering did not work and I couldn’t turn the steering wheel. After stopping and starting the engine several times the power steering started working.

This place is ridiculous. The employees are always changing and you can see they are not happy. The experience is terrible because no one knows what is going on.

I have been here a number of times for service and have been told what was wrong with my van. I have expressed concerns about what is going wrong and thought that those issues were resolved because they said that they got to the problem. I still have the same issues with what I asked to have done but something else has been fixed and charged for. I appreciate having the other issue fixed. Employees I came across were great, poor communication from my service guy about the price doubling from what they quoted me! Just went ahead without telling me! Not about the money but the principle of doing right for your customers!

They replaced the radio system because it failed , the car only had 39k miles 2018 . They said it has been happening to other Jeeps , this should have been replaced for free as it is obvious a defect on the equipment, should have been recalled instead me paying $1000 for the fix

I understand that troubleshooting issues can be trial and error, but I really appreciate when a service center continues to try to resolve the issues. They were able to my issue resolved on the second try and I’m perfectly ok with that as long as they are fair with the costs. Overall, I’m very satisfied with getting this issue resolved.
