Booked appointment for recall and factory issues. Recall could not be completed as they did not have part and factory issue with Uconnect is still an issue and continues to pop up on screen. They also tend to be a day behind all service so the day you show up is typically. 1 day before they actually work on your vehicle.

I arrived at 2 for a 2:30 appointment to have a nail removed from my tire. I told her I had an appointment and was early and she said to leave the keys in the car. My wife and I had a great experience at the Hopkins Walser. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable and we never felt pressured the way we did at the other dealership we looked at. We were promised a full reimbursement for a diagnostic that was ran, then not followed up with as promised, I called to be told it was waiting for supervisor approval. We then were told via text we would get a partial refund of $50 if we provided our address. This was disputed to no avail, we then provided our address and have yet to hear anything back or see a check. Disappointing.

My issues with my vehicle shaking was never resolved. They recommended I replace the steering rack but the diagnostics was wrong overall and the issue remains after spending $2000. They also did not really seem interested in what I though is wrong with the car although I had detailed notes. So in general my experience was not great. I need to follow up with the dealership.

Communication was nonexistent. Not enough was done to get all the repairs covered under warranty. My truck wasn't even looked at until the day after my appointment. Why have an appointment for a certain day if it doesn't mean anything? I had no idea that you would keep the truck over the weekend; I needed it!

Overall experience was very good. Tom Dalum was very professional and worked to get a deal done. My only disappointment was that the tires on the vehicle with 15900 miles are nearly worn out at 4/32" tread on the back and 5/32" tread. It's my fault as I should have looked better at the vehicle or asked better questions but honestly the dealership should have installed new tires on this used truck so I didn't have to right after purchase. I have the Wagoneer S. Numerous things aren't working. Every time I bring it in they tell me there is an update coming, but with no concrete time frame. Nothing ever gets fixed and what they do fix, within a week, it is not working again. I am not the only one. I am on a facebook group with many other wagoneer s owners. They have similar complaints. Jeep/Stelantis, YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!

Had to come back to get the engine cover the tech forgot to replace last time. Gas is expensive and there is road construction around the dealership it is not fun to get there and I usually do not arrive in a good mood. He is always so resourceful, helpful and friendly that I leave smiling.

Had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. I was told i couldn’t get one due to savage plates. Then the sign was posted for 3 oil changes was expired back in December 2025 and that couldn’t get honored. No one removed the sign off the counter. So It was nothing good out of this service.

Normally I give a 5 star review but I ended up having to drive over twice in awful construction for a very loud noise in my car which turned out to be a wheel bearing...which I think any mechanic taking a test drive should have known. I did tell them I had a full wrap warranty so they could make sure it wasn't something in the transmission but I ended up being sent home and having to pay 115.00 for a diagnostic only to return the following week to have the wheel bearing fixed. It took just shy of two hours, with no updates in the meantime. I feel like the appts should be managed better. Two hours was too long for a straightforward service.
