Didn't listen well to the questions I had. Very combative on answers back to me. Car didn't start once I got it back after a major repair and follow up was not prompt. Car wash broken and then fixed and still didn't wash my car. Super disappointed.

This is my second new vehicle from Walser Hopkins. I was very happy with the original 2013 Ram, so it was very easy and comfortable to come back and receive outstanding service from Dan and the sales team.

They broke an interior panel when doing a recall repair. I had disaster the service center to get the follow-up install scheduled. When I finally went in with an appointment, it took more than an hour for them to see they had ordered the wrong part. It has been weeks since then and I have followed up asking about the correct replacement part with no response

I brought my chrysler Pacifica in because the radio wasnāt allowing other phones to be connected via CarPlay or Bluetooth. They first billed me for a diagnostic and then they said they wanted to install a software update to fix the issue. I came to pick it up and when I got it. The entire radio was nonfunctional. The navigation system never loaded, and I had no access to the system settings menu. They actually made everything worse.

Iāve always had a great experience here for oil changes. However, for a recent diagnostic repair visit I was left incredibly disappointed. I specifically asked on multiple occasions if my rental would be covered with my warranty and was told by three separate individuals at Walser, yes. I was meticulously about clarifying this. Brought it in after another dealer said it was an egr valve leak in cylinder 6 .they couldn't get the warrenty fixed because of the walser extended warranty loophole. We were forced to tow the vehicle to the walser dealer were they replaced the injector. Called me and told me that it was ready but when I got in it to leave, the check engine light was still on. They didn't fully tighten a valve and had to bring to back into the shop.

Manger doesnāt know motors/engines. xxxx poor understanding. Shave your ugly full-man-chew. Looks unprofessional and you talk like a spoiled xxxx

This dealership was absolutely terrible with communication and just general knowledge of the brand of cars that they sell. Bringing a Chrysler to a Chrysler dealership should bring peace of mind and instead my car was in the shop for a month with me going back an Garth twice for a "completed" car only to easily point of multiple things that were undone, or just presented poorly. Paper from the service center left in the car, no car was offered. Just an overall poor experience that left me truly wondering what the 200$/hour labor cost was for

I always come away from my appointments at Walser with a good feeling. The check-in and check-out are always smooth, the service assessments and costs are transparent and trustworthy, and the customer lounge is the best around.

Bought a new vehicle which turned out to have paint defects that couldn't be fixed. Dan F and Dan R worked with us to get a different new vehicle. Took awhile but we ended up with an upgraded Grand Cherokee. We appreciate all they did to take care of us.

I like having the video inspection done to visually see what needs to be serviced. This method allows the service to be done & I get my vehicle back in a timely manner.

Itās typical you come in check your car in and they tell you the wait time. But this time they could not find my appointment and when they did, it was under someone else's name...... my wait time was supposed to be an hour and 15 minutes. despite claiming 141 point inspection-
There were parts uninstalled in the trunk - despite claim it was ready and vetted.
when I went to pick it up- the second time mgr claimed they would go through it and ensure it was in good condition-only to discover after pick up it has a flat tire on the back and the tire lock was missing. Service could have been a just a little better. Guy was nice. They never rotate my tires here. And didn't wash my car this time. And I've had the same wind shield crack for 3 years, So please don't use that as excuse. You've always done it before. I should have pushed for it.

The wrong part was ordered. I had to call multiple times to see when the part would be in. I was told there was no date even though there was the part available on mopar website. I found what I was looking for quickly with the help of Jesse who I met as I drove in and before I went in. Jesse did all my paperwork in advance so when I arrive to pick up the van, it was very quick. A manager (I presume) was so helpful the day of, and allowed me to leave other vehicle to be picked up later. Thank you.

The truck was halfway out of coolant, and the AC didnāt work due to being low on refrigerant. These are basic issues that should have been caught during a proper inspection. Thankfully, the Hopkins service team has been taking care of it, even though I didnāt buy the truck from their location.

Worst customer service experience ever. Still waiting since Monday for a call back from manager. The guess the sales manager had better ideas to ground my lease than I did. Easier for them to pawn off the lemon than work with Jeep customer care to actually determine the recurring issue.

I bought a used 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from the dealer and when I asked about Jeep all-weather mats the sales advisor tried to overcharge me by $200 for the set of Jeep mats. I also purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle and was told that service appointments are not too far out, but learned this week that appointments are at least three weeks out.

I took my Jeep to the dealership because the check engine light was on and the gas cap light was on and my dad said something like that would be covered under the warranty.
