We purchased a used 2025 Toyota Sienna minivan here with Tom D. He was personable, responsive and honest. We felt the procedure was very straightforward and transparent. No hackling over price - it was clearly stated. The test drive was the best part & we even had some laughs. Only bummer was the financing offered had really high rates so we opted against financing in house and used our bank. Overall: Great experience.
