I feel like the communication they have with me when the vehicle is in the service department is good and the service seems to be completed as requested but the check in and check out process needs to speed up.

I recently had my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service. I knew I had a bad blower motor. The code also read blower motor well.....they only changed the resistor so two days later I was back for a blower motor. That was disappointing but I have heat now. I guess second times a charm. Jordan checked me in and he was awesome even the second time when I was crabby. But my big kudo is to Jayc. She is wonderful. She was always in contact with me via text or calls. Give her a raise (Jordan too). Hopefully I won’t be back soon but that is and will be my dealership!!!! Thanks. Amy
