3 weeks ago today I joined the Jeep/Walser family. I say family because my experience @Walser was so easy, friendly and relaxing (very family like). Linda Cardenas was energetic and very personable as well as right on target with knowledge every step of the way. My Jeep Dealer service provider of choice. It would be great if they start the service appointment on time. However, they did meet the estimated service time... it is just a little disappointing that half the time was just waiting to start. It would also be nice if Jeep could have just pushed the software recall over the cell network, like they do for other software used in the jeep.
